(From Michael) This puny (36-page) book is mostly an advertisement for First Choice Books. If you use the company, you won't be "independent." There is some information in the book that is not specific to First Choice, but probably nothing you can't get elsewhere -- even for free. Typography is sloppy -- not good for a book publisher trying to impress prospective customers.
